How do I return or exchange my b-Vibe product(s)?
All b-Vibe products are covered by our one (1) year limited warranty, from the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
If you discover a defect and notify us via customerservice@bvibe.com, b-Vibe will, at its own discretion, replace the product free of charge.

Please note that due to nature of pleasure products:

• b-Vibe cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.

Anal Dilator Instructions:

Wash your anal dilators before use, with a mild hypoallergenic soap and warm water.

Find a comfortable position.
Anal play anthusiasts prefer to lie on their left side.

lubricate

Lubricate both the anal canal and the tip of your dilator. Proper lubrication will help to prevent any potential tearing or discomfort due to dryness. We recommend using a water or silicone based lube.

insertion

The tip of the dilator should be positioned at a right angle to the rectum. Exhale and gently ease the dilator into the anal canal. Breathing deeply and inching the dilator deeper with each exhalation will aid penetration.

relax & breathe

Do not continue if you become tense. Practice controlled breathing and attempt to relax. Remove the dilator if there is any chance you might become hurt or injured.

gauge comfort

The dilator is fully inserted once the flared base is in contact with the skin. At this point it can be removed immediately. It is not necessary for the dilator to remain within the anal canal.
